Second-Year Students at Amur State Medical Academy Participate in Victory Day Educational Event
On the eve of Victory Day, the Department of Traumatology with the course of disaster medicine of the Amur State Medical Academy held a meeting "Children and feats. Awards and glory".
The event for second-year students was organized by the teachers of the department Victoria Viktorovna Zaritskaya and Irina Anatolyevna Kreshchenok.
"On May 9, we celebrate the 81st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. We dedicate our meeting to this date today," said Victoria Viktorovna Zaritskaya.
The invited guest was a participant in the special military operation, a volunteer, a representative of the Amur Foundation "Defenders of the Fatherland", a member of the Amur Branch of the "Combat Brotherhood" Anatoly Borisovich Shanin.
Anatoly Borisovich made a model of the battle of the Battle of Stalingrad with his own hands for the event.
"Before you is a reproduction of the Battle of Stalingrad, 1942-1943. The hardest battle for the entire war. A city that the Germans actually destroyed to the ground. But our Soviet soldiers steadfastly, courageously held out and knocked out this city from the fascist invaders," said Anatoly Borisovich.
Students prepared speeches about children who performed feats during the Great Patriotic War, and spoke about awards - medals and orders that appeared during the war and after it.
"I want to thank you for an interesting event and wish you all that everyone has a steel, iron rod inside. Be real people, professional doctors. In combat positions, you are like guardian angels, you are our modern heroes - you save the lives of soldiers on the battlefield, just as your grandfathers and great-grandfathers once saved people during the Great Patriotic War. Thank you for participating in such events and for choosing such an important and necessary profession," Anatoly Borisovich said at the end of the meeting.
