Students of Amur State Medical Academy Participate in Veterans Congress Ahead of Victory Day

On the eve of Victory Day, students of the Amur State Medical Academy, members of the patriotic club "Challenge", according to the already established good tradition, took an active part in the annual congress of all veteran organizations of the Amur Region. It took place the day before at the regional Drama Theater. At the congress, veterans of all directions, as well as those who cooperate with the veteran movement and provide assistance to the special military operation, were honored and awarded.

Several generations met in the theater, united by one holy holiday - the Day of the Great Victory. An orchestra played, a dining table was organized, dances were organized, and a wonderful performance was also shown. The veterans were addressed by the top officials of our region, a deputy of the State Duma and an assistant to the senator of the Federal Assembly. Among the awardees was our colleague - Deputy Dean for the 4th year Alexander Agarkov. He was awarded the gratitude of the Governor of the Amur Region for his significant contribution to the development of the veteran movement and the patriotic education of the younger generation.

Valentina Shvets, Chairman of the Regional Council of Veterans of the Amur Region, expressed her deep gratitude to our students with confidence in further cooperation, and the guys unanimously replied to her: "We will not let you down!"
