Students of Amur State Medical Academy Win Five Awards at the IV Far Eastern Medical Students Forum

The IV Far Eastern Forum of Medical Students with International Participation was held at the Pacific State Medical University. The participants of the youth event were medical students from Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and Harbin (People's Republic of China).

A rich program awaited the guests of the forum. Students of the Amur State Medical Academy visited the branch of the National Center "Russia" in the Primorsky Territory, took part in events dedicated to the celebration of Victory Day, visited Fort No 9 of the Vladivostok Fortress on Russky Island.

"Within the framework of the forum, a traditional annual creative competition was held among medical students in the areas of instrumental, vocal, theatrical creativity, choreography. The Amur GMA was represented by two dance groups "XXX" and "Rara Avis", two vocalists Vladislav Ivashechkin and Maria Orlova, theatergoer Arthur Semenkov. In total, a team of 30 people went to the forum from the medical academy - 25 students and five residents. Dance groups brought three numbers to the forum. In total, we brought nine creative performances," said Vladimir Alekseevich An, Chairman of the Center for Student Self-Government of the Amur State Medical Academy.

The forum lasted four days. At the closing ceremony, all those who showed special activity these days and showed the best skills and abilities were awarded commemorative diplomas.

The team of the Amur GMA returned from the forum with brilliant results:

– Semenkov Artur – laureate of the II degree;

– Vladislav Ivashechkin – Diploma Winner of the III degree;

– Maria Orlova – Grand Prix in vocals;

– dance group "Rara Avis" – laureates of the II degree;

– dance group "XXX" – Grand Prix in choreography.
