Amur Medical Academy Students Join Movement of the First Mentors Gathering

The regional gathering of mentors of the "Movement of the First" brought together the most active, caring and motivated representatives from all over the region. Among the participants were representatives of the Amur State Medical Academy, who are already eager to continue mentoring activities within the walls of their native academy and beyond.

Third-year student Maxim Bondar and second-year resident Irina Pimshina worked on interactive platforms, where they exchanged experience with colleagues from other institutions in a live dialogue. The stage of solving case problems was especially exciting - future mentors analyzed difficult pedagogical situations, learned to find non-standard solutions and argue their solutions.

Also, the participants of the rally listened to a series of information lectures from invited experts, where they were introduced to modern mentoring methods, tools for involvement and the intricacies of working with children and youth groups within the framework of the "Movement of the First". The knowledge gained will become a solid foundation for their future activities.

A mentor in Movement of the First is not just a senior comrade. This is a person who takes the hand and leads, lighting the way in the world of new opportunities. This is a guide that helps you see your strengths, and a reliable assistant who will tell you the right direction, but will not walk the path for you. The mentor inspires, supports and teaches the main thing - to believe in yourself and boldly go towards your dreams.
